Would I watch this movie again, and why?

Frankly, I don’t think I will watch this movie again because it is very simple and suited people who loved children stories. It’s pretty much tells the story about a married couple who worked in a bakery. A witch from next door approached them one day and revealed the curse the man had which caused them to be childless. So, in order to get a child he and his wife had to get some stuffs for the witch before the blue moon emerged. They seized a golden sandal from Cinderella, bought a white cow from a kid named Jack who gave the cow for some magic beans, cut Rapunzel’s hair and got a red hood from a mysterious girl who took their breads.

Eventually the characters’ wishes came true. Nonetheless, they realized that every wish has consequences. Jack, who climbed the beanstalk to the giants’ home and took a harp, had killed one of the giants. It caused rage to the wife of the giant who later on attack the village, and the woods. Some of them were lost. Some were out of their mind, as if there were spells in the woods hypnotizing them. The prince cheated on Cinderella and show interest towards the baker’s wife. The baker, the red riding hood, Jack and Cinderella soon reunited to save them from the giant. Unfortunately, the baker’s wife was killed during the attack of the giant.

I find the movie somewhat lame since I knew most of the plot which came from fairy tales. There are so many singing parts that I felt like I was watching a musical theater instead of a movie in the cinema. The story line is predictable and lack of suspense. The narration as the background is not interesting. It’s like reading a fairy tale book. Some singing parts should be cut out to focuses on the dialogue and movie content. It’s fine to watch it as it does entertain. I could say that if someone is so bored, he or she can consider watching the film.
